Information you share

When you contact Luxury Perpetual about buying, selling or sourcing a watch, you may share your name, contact details, the watches you are interested in and the contents of your conversation. A selling enquiry may also include photographs and information about your watch.

Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through an ordinary enquiry form.

Why information is used

Information shared with the team is used to answer your request, discuss price and availability, arrange the next steps you request and keep a record of the conversation. Information needed for an agreed transaction or a legal obligation may also need to be retained.

Marketing preferences should be separate from a buying or selling enquiry. Where consent is required, it must be requested clearly and you must be able to withdraw it.

Email, WhatsApp & service providers

If you choose email or WhatsApp, the service opens in your chosen app. Sending a message shares its contents and your account or contact details with that service and the recipient. Those providers have their own privacy terms and may process information outside the UAE.

Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce to manage the catalogue and enquiries. Hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate these services. We do not sell enquiry details or add you to marketing lists through this form.

Your choices & privacy requests

Contact info@luxuryperpetual.com to ask about information you have shared with the team, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may be entitled to access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Some records may need to be kept for an agreed transaction, a legal requirement or a dispute. A request may require proportionate verification of your identity before information can be disclosed or changed.

Saved watches & browser preferences

Your wishlist and currency preference are stored in the browser you use. They do not require an account or synchronise across devices. Clearing this site’s data, switching browsers or using private browsing can remove or separate your saved choices.

Enquiries & retention

Our forms securely record your enquiry and contact details in our WordPress enquiry system. Email notifications help our team respond. Watch photographs are arranged privately; our forms do not accept uploads. WhatsApp and email links open those services so you can choose whether to send a message.

We keep enquiry records for follow-up, agreed transactions and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. We review requests against any obligations to retain a record.

01The inscription

Rolex · Ref. 6239 · 1968

Joanne Woodward gave Paul Newman this Daytona and had a message engraved on the back: “DRIVE CAREFULLY ME”. Collectors had long used his name for this style of dial. In 2017 his own watch sold at Phillips in New York for US$17,752,500.

02The double signature

Patek Philippe · Ref. 5711/1A-018 · 2021

Patek Philippe made 170 of these steel Nautilus watches for the 170th anniversary of its partnership with Tiffany & Co. Both houses signed the blue dial. The first example sold at Phillips for US$6,503,500 in 2021, benefitting The Nature Conservancy.

03The gold bezel

Audemars Piguet · Ref. 5402 · 1978

Gérald Genta acquired this example of his own design in 1978. Look at the contrast between the yellow-gold bezel and the steel bracelet. According to his family, Genta’s atelier made the bezel. Sotheby’s described the watch as possibly unique when it came to auction in 2022.
